Il corso ?Management of Innovation? analizza i processi di innovazione nelle imprese, con particolare attenzione ad aspetti strategici, organizzativi e operativi. Attraverso lezioni, discussioni di casi e project work, gli studenti sviluppano competenze utili a competere nei mercati digitali. L?obiettivo e fornire strumenti pratici per gestire l?innovazione e le risorse chiave.
Il corso si articola in tre moduli principali: (1) Management of Innovation Processes (innovazione tecnologica, open innovation, spin-off), (2) Technology and the Market (ciclo di vita delle tecnologie, standard design battles, apprendimento dal mercato) e (3) Organizational Implication of Innovative Processes (gestione dei team per lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, piattaforme ed ecosistemi). Casi di studio reali e letture accademiche accompagnano ogni modulo per favorire l?applicazione pratica dei concetti teorici.
